Why don’t you publish flat-rate pricing?
Because flat-rate pricing almost always favors the 3PL, not the customer. Real fulfillment costs depend on your SKU dimensions, order composition, packaging, shipping zones, and volume. We’d rather quote you accurately than pretend a single number fits every business.
How does storage pricing work?
Storage is billed monthly based on actual occupied space. We measure what you use, so you don’t pay for empty pallet positions. Your specific rate is included in your quote.
Are postage costs included in the quote?
No — postage is billed at our negotiated carrier rates and passed through to you with no markup. You can see the rate on every order in your dashboard, and we always pick the cheapest service that meets your speed requirements.
